The benefits of using  An Post 

• Quick and hassle free returns with no additional cost to return
• A flat fee allowing you to return more than one item or bulkier/heavier items and is cheaper than other methods 
• Full track and trace on your return back to our warehouse 
• Your return is fully insured and covered (please make sure to keep your receipt from the post office as proof of postage)
• The €6 fee is only available if you do your return through the An Post Link. If you just use the Post Office and not create a label you will be charged by weight which could make it expensive to return your item.

You are however, fine to send back your return by your own means. We recommend you track your return back to us.

Returns outside of Ireland 

Please track you returned parcel back to us by whichever method you prefer .

Online  Orders Returns Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Suzsa Boutique ,however, we understand if this is not always the case. If you wish to return an item to us, please ensure the following

• Items must be returned within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery
• Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Tags that are removed from the product for whatever reason will not be accepted.
• Items returned  must be in a re-salable condition  and must be odour free (free from perfume, smoke and food).

• Place your packaging slip/ note with your order number and details  so we can process your  return swiftly 
• Suzsa Boutique  is not responsible for the cost of returns, we recommend you track any returns  to us as the return parcel is your responsibility until we receive it .Please note different couriers charge different rates . 

• Click & Collect orders have 14 days to return your item from when you receive your pick up email and not from when you collect your order.

• Should you require an exchange, please note this on your order slip, all though we recommend you re-order the item you want online as our stock can sell out  fast. Then return your unwanted item for a refund.
• Certain items for hygiene reasons cannot be returned, Face masks, Earrings, Tights & Underwear for example

If your return falls outside  of our return policy then no refund will be issued and items be sent back to the customer 

Once returns are received, your refund will be issued within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email or text  with details of your refund processed on our end   Please note that the refund transaction itself may take longer to appear back in your account - this delay is out of our control and depends on your bank and/or card issuer.

Any items purchased in our boutiques can be returned with a receipt, please ensure the following 

• Items must be returned within 14 Days of purchase 
• For a refund please return your items within 3 days of purchase 
• You have 14 days to return an item for exchange or credit note
